Why We Prefer to Work With the Public
We maintain working relationships with established finance institutions including Close Brothers etc.
However, those institutions ultimately deploy bank capital, often delivering modest returns to the end investor while transferring inflation risk to the saver.
Our preference is clear:
to place assets directly with the public, so returns remain with you — the owner — rather than being diluted through the banking system.
Vehicles Available — Immediate Allocation
As of 21 January, we have 20 vehicles available to fund before month-end.
Current availability:
- 1 × Hyundai Santa Fe (~£50,000)
- 19 vehicles at approximately £30,000 each
These vehicles are procured, physical, and operationally ready.
If funds are settled and contracts completed by 25 January, income commences 25 February.

This structure delivers regular monthly income, a defined and contractually agreed exit, and steadily reducing capital exposure, fully asset-backed throughout.
